Location: Ontario, Canada

I'm happily married to Mr. Man. We have 2 daughters, Big R and Little R. I'm a stay at home mom. We moved from the big city to the country, living a dream. I'm a collector and a packrat. I'd rather read a book than watch a movie. I battle depression. I love life, but that wasn't always the case. This is my journal.

Theme Trees...Bleh

Good morning.
Yesterday S.W popped in for a coffee, she brought me a Timmys, bless her. When she walked in and saw my upstairs tree she immediately started telling me about her "theme tree". All I could do was laugh and ask her if she had read my blog. No she hadn't read it for a couple of days and her tree is blue and white, or is it blue and silver, I forget.
Wow, I actually slept in today. I guess I forgot to turn the alarm clock on. So Hubby will be an hour or more late for work this morning. This is only like the second time this has ever happened since he's been at this job. Really its no big deal right, but he's been having "problems" at work lately, so I hope the boss isn't too hard on him.
I had an appointment yesterday afternoon. I wish I could go into detail about it, but I don't think that would be in my own best interest to do so. Suffice it to say I was being assessed and I don't think it went very well. In the waiting room there was a Christmas tree. It was a "theme tree"! All the ornaments, everything, was silver and gold.
Yesterday I mentioned the stores available to us here. I forgot a few. Like there are numerous dollar stores but only one Dollarama. There is a new TCS, which I went in for the first time this week, and they have a wide selection of everything country, from hunting and farming to horses, rabbits and dogs from tools to toys, work clothes to books and they have great sales. There is also a Habitat For Humanity Restore. Went in there for the first time this week also. Definately a place worth checking out if you're doing any home renovation jobs. There are stores that I never go to like Winners and EB Games. I just love Walmart because you can get just about everything in one place, they have a little bit of everything and usually reasonable prices. I love Dollarama because everything is a buck and they do actually get some decent stuff. There is a little store called The Bargain Shop, its in a weird little mall, between towns, sort of in the middle of nowhere. They have a little bit of everything, and great prices. And of course there is a Giant Tiger. The nearest one is in Shelburne so I don't get there often. Like The Bargain Shop, you just find the weirdest little things in there. I love shopping but I don't like Christmas shopping. I find for every gift I buy I also buy something for myself or for the house.
I've almost got enough photos printed to fill up that frame. It holds 15 pictures. I've done smaller ones in the past and that was easy, but 15 is a lot. We just don't have that many good ones of us. If I was filling it with pictures of flowers or motorcycles it would be no sweat. Oh well, I plan to finish it today. And from now on I will make a point of taking nice photos of the ones I love.
And on that note, have a lovely day.
